Delighted to have a shorter summer dress that looks great

I love my longer dresses from Vikki V, but every once in a while I prefer something that is a little less formal and that has sleeves. I have bought a couple of the dresses in black and white and loved wearing them, and I was thrilled when I discovered the short dress with the flirty sleeves that came in the green and yellow twill that I already love in a pant suit. The fabric is perfect for summer, and the shorter length is certainly less formal. But to dress it up, I bought at the same time, a silk/rayon blend kimono jacket marketed by Plus by Design and it looks really good with this dress. So it was a win-win.
