Beautiful overlay velvet top

This Sterling Velvet Pebbles Whisper Top is beautiful. I was just not expecting a finished seam on the front of the garment, which surprised me. I find a seam on the outside of the garment, even though it is finished, makes the top look less appealing. Just a personal preference for me. If I had known about the finished seam on the front of the outside of the garment, I would not have ordered it.
